Mr. Mirra joined Court Square in 2000 and served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer until 2023. Currently, he serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Court Square, Mr. Mirra was Controller of the Global Markets Operations & Technology group at Citigroup. Prior to his position as Controller at Citigroup Global Markets, Mr. Mirra worked in the Finance Division of Citicorp Real Estate.
