Mr. Lee joined Court Square in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions group at Citigroup in San Francisco. Mr. Lee received a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
