Ms. Moran joined Court Square in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Leveraged Finance investment banking group at Jefferies in New York. Ms. Moran graduated magna cum laude from Kenyon College, where she received a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Integrated Program in Humane Studies.
