Mr. Lytton joined Court Square in 2023 after working at Houlihan Lokey since 2012. At Houlihan, Mr. Lytton served as a Director in the Capital Markets Group where he specialized in raising debt and equity capital for sponsor-backed companies. Prior to business school, Mr. Lytton worked as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.

Mr. Lytton received an M.B.A. from Yale University in 2012 and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2004.
