Ms. Donaldson joined the firm in 2022. Prior to Court Square, she worked as an associate at Atlantic Street Capital and as an analyst at TIAA on the Private Equity and Junior Capital team. Ms. Donaldson started her career at Morgan Stanley where she advised management teams investing across multiple asset classes. Ms. Donaldson received an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She currently serves on the board of Knipper Health.
