Smart City is a provider of broadband connectivity services, designing and operating high‐density Wi‐Fi networks, distributed antenna systems, and high‐capacity fiber optic networks for convention centers and event venues across the U.S. For the past 47 years, the Company has also served as the exclusive provider of broadband and voice services to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Smart City owns 700 miles of unique fiber and conduits underlying the park and in the surrounding Orlando area. All enterprises on the Disney grounds, including shops, hotels, restaurants, and transportation companies, must use Smart City’s network to operate. Based in Orlando, Florida, Smart City has approximately 320 employees.
