Ben Schlater

Mr. Schlater joined Court Square in 2025 as a Resource Partner. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Brook + Whittle (a portfolio company of Genstar Capital) and as Group VP & CFO of Ferro Corporation (NYSE: FOE), after joining Ferro as VP, Corporate Development, Strategy & M&A. Earlier, he held the role of Treasurer & Head of M&A, Corporate Strategy & Planning at Veyance Technologies, Inc. (a Carlyle Group portfolio company). Prior to that, Ben was a Managing Director, Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory at FTI Consulting and began his career at PwC in their Corporate Finance Practice.
